Heal your relationship with food.
“Is it okay to eat carbs?”
“What do you mean I can eat meals without a fruit or veggie?”
“How can I celebrate the holidays that are important to me if they involve fasting?”
“I just can’t trust myself around this food. If I let myself eat what I want, I’ll only eat cookies.”
Sound familiar?!
Let’s embark on a journey to heal your relationship with food. Together, we’ll gain a deeper understanding of how to nourish your body without rules, restrictions or dieting. We’ll incorporate self-compassion, curiosity, and a non-judgmental approach into our work so we can cultivate your unique relationship with food, without the noise of diet culture.
Nourish your wellbeing.
“I read this article about a new diet…should I try it?”
“I’m confused by all the nutrition information online- it feels like it’s constantly changing and I don’t know what to believe.”
“I’ve just been diagnosed with a medical condition and I don’t know how to navigate my new diagnosis, while still enjoying the foods I love.”
Nourishing yourself can be more than just the nutrients in foods you put in your body - it can include joy, pleasure, connection, and community. With so much information available to us, it can feel overwhelming to sift through nutrition information and figure out how to honor your body. Through our work together, we’ll consider your unique nutrition needs, while incorporating a variety of food that you enjoy.
Reconnect with your body.
“If I listened to my hunger cues, I’d never stop eating.”
“It’s hard for me to know when I’m full until after I’m uncomfortable.”
“Movement feels like something I should do, not something I actually want to do.”
“I feel so distracted by my body that it prevents me from being present in my life.”
As we move through the hustle and bustle of daily life, it can be easy to lose touch with our bodies’ inherent wisdom. Learn to tune into your body’s cues and turn down the noise of diet culture telling you how bodies should look and exist.
At Jenna Albert Nutrition,
we provide the following services:

The bulk of the work will happen in follow-up sessions, in which we’ll reflect on progress, celebrate wins, and work through challenges together to move you toward your goals.
-
